水，葉落紛紛。關于“南朝四百八十寺，多少樓臺煙雨中”——（唐．杜牧《江南春》）的情景早已被歷史的煙云所湮滅，而云光說法這一神話傳說伴隨雨花石這一
大自然的饋贈，依然被金陵人所津津樂道。位于南京下關江畔的證大大拇指廣場售樓中心取材于雨花石的優美傳說，由臺灣著名設計師杜柏均親自設計，其很好的利
用圓柱體作為建筑外觀，與幾何扭轉的內部結構相得益彰，如同一顆雨花精靈降落人間。
??項目名稱：南京證大大拇指廣場售樓中心??項目面積：800平方米??設計師：杜柏均??大道至簡 悟在天成??設計是什么？無數設計師有無數的答案。在從業26年的杜柏均眼中，關于設計的博大精深其實可以簡單到一塊大理石，一盞LED線條燈，甚至是只用白色去裝飾墻壁。這種看似簡單的用材原理，其實是一種成熟，經過洗煉的體現。??在大拇指廣場售樓中心這800平方的空間內，這種厚積薄發的“精神”正以一種簡煉的手法在訴說著設計的精彩。售樓處的地面基本都是采用一種灰色大理石， 利用拋光與仿古面的交互作用，在光的映染下形成不同的反射面，歷史的過往與現代語言交匯于同一空間，共同訴說著不同年代的故事；大面積的墻壁則使用白色油 性乳膠漆與白色人造石，只是在油漆表面做了肌理的處理，光滑與粗糙兩種材質、兩種表現形式相互沖擊，再搭配特別定制的線燈，讓整個空間更賦予時代的使命。 這種少而精的處理方式讓空間變得純凈而不失雅致，跳出條框限制的設計讓整個售樓中心更有一種宛若天成的魅力。
??追本源 一脈相承??文化的傳承是本次設計的另一亮點。設計師杜柏均認真思索了證大集團的企業文化，在現代簡約理念中植入抽象的中式元素，以時尚的手法營造著空間的獨特之 處。例如沙盤上方采用的“深井”造型，簡化的方正造型涂抹以朱紅色的乳膠漆，寓意取之于中文的“回”字，借以表達“回家”、“輪回”的概念，體現出中華文 化的精髓所在。設計者用“回”字作為整個售樓中心的設計主軸，讓購房者與開發商之間產生心靈的鏈接，低調完美的詮釋了企業文化的一脈相承，薪火相傳。
??而沾染江水靈氣的雨花石更是設計者靈感的來源，這一出自本土的自然造物，讓整個售樓中心時刻處于一種圓潤的角度，無論是圓柱型的建筑外觀，內部蜿蜒綿長的頂部天花，還是接待臺的造型，甚至是洗手間的外立面，都離不開這深深的烙印。
